The way I start, whether it is textile or jewelry, is that I play with color. I gather colors, sometimes stitching a few little pieces to each other, or linking a few stones. It's procrastination, to be sure. But it seems it is also an important part of my process. Tonight, it is about jewelry .... and here are a few of the colorways that have come about as a result of playing at my "work" table.
